  • Design and build internal tools, dashboards, and web applications using AI-assisted development platforms such as Claude Cowork, Devin, and Copilot to automate demand-planning workflows.
  • Identify manual, repetitive, or error-prone Sales Operations processes and develop AI-assisted or automated solutions from problem definition through working prototype.
  • Use AI-assisted workflows to accelerate data analysis, scenario modeling, forecast generation, and reporting.
  • Stay current on emerging AI tools relevant to Sales Operations and analytics, and recommend solutions that deliver measurable efficiency or accuracy gains.

What you bring:

  • Strong knowledge of supply chain planning and analytics, preferably within the solar or high-tech industry and a multi-tier channel environment.
  • Demonstrated experience leading S&OP or demand-planning processes and building SKU-level forecasts.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and data-manipulation skills; experience with AI tools, Incorta, SQL, and Salesforce (SFDC) is preferred.
  • Ability to work confidently with large datasets, maintain high accuracy, and turn analysis into practical business insights.
  • Strong critical-thinking, problem-solving, process-design, and business-judgment skills.
  • A structured, detail-oriented, metrics-driven approach with a strong work ethic and bias toward accuracy.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present recommendations to senior stakeholders.
